broken frozen pie crust

So I had a frozen pie crust all ready to make a quiche tonight, and then my boyfriend knocks it to the floor. It's still in the bag, so all the pieces are there. But I really can't use it in typical crust-fashion. Any ideas on what else I could do with it? Besides throw it away?

thaw it and roll it out again. I've done that before and it works just fine Just don't let it get too warm. Usually 15 minutes or so will get it pliable to roll.

Re:
excuse me while I drool over your icon!!

back to the topic at hand -
Something my mother used to do with broken shells was to sprinkle them with sugar, cinnamon and dot with just a little butter, comes out like flaky cookies.

Re:
My mom and grandmothers all used to do that for my brother and I with the scraps.

ooooo. I love YOUR icon. ;) That is way cool.

I've sort of got a thing for his Vinness. ;) Give me the bald man.

And the pie dough suggestions sounds like a cool idea.

Icon love, icon love
yeah, what sweetbriar said. How beautiful! And baldness *is* yummy too, though not personally so attached to Vin.

thaw it and squish all the pieces back into a pie crust

make an upside down pie with the broken pieces as a crumble

buy another pie crust, make a pie, and use the thawed/reformed pie pieces to make lattice strips

sprinkle the pieces with sugar/cinnamon, bake them, and throw them on top of some ice cream. or throw the ice cream on top of them. mmm that sounds like my favorite.

if the pieces are large enough, thaw them lightly and put them in muffin cups and make a bunch of mini quiches

Sweet sweet suggestions
Way da go! You could also thaw and cut out leaf shapes or heart shapes or whathaveyou for those pie tops. And yay, sugar cinnamon ideas!
And I love YOUR ico- well, it's certainly nice! Got a little carried away at the icon-admiration society on this page, lol
