This is really simple and yummy favourite that my mom always made when i was a Kid :)

4 Pork Chops
1 Can condensed Mushroom Soup
1/2 can of milk
and sliced mushrooms (any amount is fine)

Preheat oven to 375'
Brown Pork Chops in frying pan with a little oil
Place chops in a casserol dish (or any dish w/ a lid that is oven safe)
Mix can of soup with the milk and sliced mushrooms and pour over the chops
Cover and cook in the over for 45min

Serve and pour some of the mushroom sauce over the pork chops

Hope you enjoy!!!

Side Note:
I also do this w/ Chicken...but instead of condenced mushroom soup I use condensed brocoli soup and add extra brocoli instead
If you like cheese...shredded cheddar is also yummy on top of this one

I make the same thing. The only difference is I like to season the pork chops before I brown them, but with canned mushroom soup, that's just too salty. So I make my own sauce! I posted the recipe a while ago.

This goes excellently with any kind of cheesy rice, by the way.

I even have pork chops in the freezer that I was contemplating what to do with. I have some fresh mushrooms and a can of cream of chicken soup...do you think I can use that instead of cream of mushroom or will that flavor combination be too weird? If ok, I think I'll try that out tomorrow. Thanks for posting this!

Well, they make chicken mushroom soup, so it can't be that strange.

Cream of soup goes a very long way, especially when trying to keep warm in the winter! Yum!

I make mine this way too. Another way I make pork chops is to season and brown them then bake them with canned or fresh mushrooms.
