What to do with sirloin tips?

I bought two packages of sirloin tips from Omaha Steaks (part of a whole big discounted package), but now I'm not sure what to do with them. The lady there suggested chili, but I'm not in much of a chili mood. What's your favorite sirloin tip recipe?
