What to do with sirloin tips?

I bought two packages of sirloin tips from Omaha Steaks (part of a whole big discounted package), but now I'm not sure what to do with them. The lady there suggested chili, but I'm not in much of a chili mood. What's your favorite sirloin tip recipe?

Stews, kebabs, anything that you would use cut up beef in. I'd probably throw it in beef bourguignon.

I like to marinate them in teriyaki sauce then put them on skewers with pineapple, peppers, baby tomatoes and things - it's simple, but very yummy. (If you put them under the broiler make sure to soak the skewers first.)

I have a great recipe for meat & potato pie. I'll have to dig it up & post it for you. It's fantastic! It calls for 1 lb. of sirloin steak, but the tips ought to work.
Other ingredients-4 lbs red potatoes, 1/2 cup of diced carrots, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/2 cup frozen peas, partial can of tomato paste, 1 can Campbells double strength beef broth, some red wine, various spices (just in case you want to get a start on ingredients).
Oh, and pie crust, of course, for a single crust pie.

I've never had it (barring the gross Hamburger Helper version). Got any good recipes to recommend?

I would just sautee them with mushrooms, onions, and garlic.

Sometimes the simplest things are the most awesome.

Best beef and vegetable soup ever

1 lb. sirloin tips, cubed into 1/2" - 1" pieces
1 tsp. each garlic and onion powder
2 tsp. Cajun Injector Hickory Seasoning (this stuff is amazing and only $1.09 a can at WalMart)
3 T. flour
Toss all the above ingredients together in a zip top bag.

In a 5 qt. stock pot, heat 3 T. olive oil on medium high heat. Add seasoned beef and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add 2 T. tomato paste and 3 T. Worschershire Sauce, stir deglaze pan with about 2 T. water.

Add 2 cups of chopped onion mix (frozen section of Rouse's has chopped onion, green and red pepper mix, that's what I used, else 1 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. mixed green and red pepper). Add 1 quart beef broth or 1 T. Better than Bouillon w/ 1 quart water. Add 1 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes plus 1 - 16 oz. can water. Add 2 c. mixed vegetables (frozen, again bagged from grocery freezer section.) Add 1 T. Hickory seasoning or to taste. Bring to boil. Add 2 c. egg noodles. Lower to medium heat. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Fried rice or stir fry. Those tips are great. We received those for Christmas. They are so tender too.
