I made pumpkin custard for dessert tonight, and now I've got 8 egg whites to do something with. Other than pavlova and angel kisses, what can I do with that many egg whites? Can egg whites be successfully frozen? If they can, I'd just hang on to them until Christmas, and then use them for divinity, marshmallows and whatnot, but it's too early to get into holiday baking yet.
