Pasta. Omelette (or anything eggy). Bread. Actually, anything simple is going to be enhanced.

So, so this. The best starter I ever had involved scallops, pancetta crisps, and truffle oil mashed potatoes. Heavenly.

Oven-roasted potatoes! Sprinkle on a little finely-grated parmesan just after cooking, too. This also works for French fries.

My first thought is to eat it directly with a spoon. :)

I bet it would be awesome on some garlic bread.
