Not even going to try to claim I say I came up with this one, saw it on FB then found her site when searching for the recipe. This isn't cooking as much as mixing up a really tasty treat.

I found this the other day, and while still playing with my own personal favorite combo(types of yogurt, sweetener, frozen or straight up) it is AWESOME idea. Very simple, all basic ingredients.
