A friend gave me a bag of smoked salt, but I have no idea what to do with it. I don't even knwo if it's sea salt and neither does she- I understand she got it from a guy who smokes meats such as venison and wild boar (which I have tasted from this guy and they are delicious)- buuut I still don't know what type of salt or how it was mide.

what would be something yummy I could cook with it? I have a lot.
