Baked Eggs with Kale

Ingredients:
-Eggs (however many you would like!)
-1 Tablespoon Cream per Ramekin
-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
-2 Cloves Garlic
-1 Bunch Dino Kale
-¼ Cup Vegetable Broth
-Salt and Pepper to Taste
-2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
-2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
-Grated Parmesan (enough for a sprinkling over each ramekin)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Wash and chop kale, herbs and garlic
3. Heat oil in frying pan on medium low heat
4. Add garlic, stir
5. Add kale and broth
6. Stir in a dash of salt and pepper
7. Add herbs
8. Cook for about 7 minutes, until wilted
9. Add 1 tablespoon cream to each ramekin
10. Crack one egg in each ramekin
11. Add kale mixture
12. Sprinkle with grated parmesan
13. Place ramekins on cookie sheet
14. Bake for 20 minutes, don’t let the yolk cook all the way through
