Goat cheese Mac and cheese?

Hi all,

I recently moved away from Washington DC and I am missing the CapMac food truck something fierce. My favorite item to order was their goat cheese Mac and cheese, topped with panko crumbs. Has anyone eaten this? Any ideas/links (my Google is failing me!) for a copycat recipe?

Or if you have a great goat cheese Mac n cheese recipe please share! Thanks in advance :)
