converting bread machine recipe

i have an urge for dill bread and I found this seemingly yummy recipe BUT it's written for a bread machine... help! there's a part that reads

Pour into bread pan. Add remaining ingredients at once, or wait till the proper part of your machine's cycle (the Welbilt will mix, knead, rest then knead again before sounding a beep to let you know it's time to add other ingredients).

what does this mean? does it mean just let it rise and then knead it again? should I wait an hour and make a beeping noise myself to proceed?

the recipe is here : King Arthur Herb & Dill Bread. There is yeast involvement.

Thanks!

ETA: The bread is amazing. Having it with leek soup (a mix, sadly...) and its PERFECT. No onions, so none were added as suggested in the comments. Too snowy and icy out to get to the store. Next time for sure!! Thank you all!
