The most famous way to make it is - salt, sugar, fish! but not everything is so simple as it seems - I, for example, spent year for searching of proportions of salt and sugar to get what i want! Today i reached the goal. Yey!!!
piece of a salmon on skin - 300 grams (I had no oney for bigger piece)
salt - tablespoon
3/4 of tablespoons of sugar
mix of peppers
cognac/brandy/whiskey - teaspoon
mix salt and sugar
cover all the fish with a mix . thus if you feel that there is too much salt - the rest put under the skin of the fish
now mint leafs. I am so cool and I have the house with the garden with fresh mint growing on it! ! ! (these are all my dreams... it is not my house and not my mint... but in general I dream that someday I will have the house and the garden with different herbs growing on it... Anyway
Put a bit of alcohol on top - as i understand, it is for a firm consistency from above.
and after dreaming about a garden, big kitchen, and I go out to take some thyme to make a dinner for my children, who, by the way, turned out to be very smart and beautiful))... I could use some alcohol as well...
Well.... we put the fish under a press for some hours - I love very little-salted fish, therefore 2-3 hours is enough for me
