Curry Tips

Thanks for all of the bean recipes folks!

Now, onto the next. My friend and I are having a vegetarian curry cook off. He makes a Thai style curry and I make an Indian style curry.

I usually use chickpeas, potatoes, peas, onions, garlic, plenty of fresh spices (garam masala, tumeric, cumin, salt, pepper), coconut milk, etc.

Any tips for winning this thing?
