Suggar crust on jelly?

A friend gave me some awesome blackberry jelly a while back, but it's developed little crunchy sugar balls on top. :( Is there anything I can do about it? The sugar clumps aren't connected in a crust or anything, and they are just located at the surface of the jelly. I'm not a jelly person, but I really like the flavor of this and would like to salvage it. Suggestions?
