It's a little, hm, feather-y.
I've bought and cooked kosher chicken before, but i guess those were skinless. In this case skin is sort of important.
Does this furriness matter? It's a little gross, but i'm willing to believe it'll go away after cooking.
Any experiences and advice would be helpful.
I can also just go and get a regular one since the kosher part doesn't matter anymore (one of my guests not coming)
